For stir-fry noodle, noodle soup and noodle served with sauce.
Noodle cooking: Prepare one pot of boiled water, put noodle in, and add preferred ingredients (i.e. mushroom, bonito flakes, egg, seafood, meat slices…etc.), followed by adding vegetable, green onion, white pepper, and other seasoning to cook for 2~3 minutes.
Stir-Fry Noodle: Heat the pan with some oil, stir-fry onion and mushroom fist until fragrant, and add the ingredients preferred (i.e. small dried shrimp, shredded pork). After all ingredients are cooked, add some water and pot noodles with seasoning (i.e. soy sauce, ketchup, curry…etc.) to prepare the aromatic stir-fry udon noodle.
