Yanshuei Egg Noodles

Using the most popular Yenshui egg noodle of southern Taiwan to pass down the Yenshui egg noodle technique from the old master of Taiwan, prepared under room temperature to awaken the noodle.

100 grams per pack, 3 KG per back; customized specification available. 

  1. Prepare a pot of boiled water (approximately 4 liters) 
  2. Tear open the seasoning packet into the bowl and add a small amount of water to mix. 
  3. Tear open the noodle pack and blanch in boiled water for 10 seconds. Remove and place the noodle in the minced pork sauce, fully stir well and add vegetable as well as other ingredients for the fragrant and delicious Yenshui egg noodles.

Storage Conditions: Keep refrigerated between 0~7°C
