Yanshuei Egg Noodle- Minced Pork Sauce -1 Potion

Using the most popular Yenshui egg noodle of southern Taiwan to pass down the Yenshui egg noodle technique from the old master of Taiwan, prepared under room temperature to awaken the noodle.
Minced Pork: Selected domestic shallot and made with pork leg, following the ancient preparation without adding any preservatives.　

Noodle pack is 170 grams, sauce packet is 20 grams. 

  1. Prepare a pot of boiled water (approximately 4 liters) 
  2. Tear open the seasoning packet into the bowl and add a small amount of water to mix. 
  3. Tear open the noodle pack and blanch in boiled water for 10 seconds. Remove and place the noodle in the minced pork sauce, fully stir well and add vegetable as well as other ingredients for the fragrant and delicious Yenshui egg noodles. 

Content: Cooked Noodle with minced pork sauce oil packet

Storage Conditions: Keep refrigerated between 0~7°C

Shelf Life: 1 Month (referring to the days of storage when unopened and stored between 0~7°C. Please finish soon after opening.)
