Japanese Stir-Fry Noodles

Using the latest automation noodle steaming/cooking machine from Japan, mixing iced water with the dough can mature the dough in low temperature while the high-temperature steaming cooks the noodles. The faster chilling by iced water is completed by adopting 16 sophisticated techniques to add more fragrance and chewiness to the noodles.

150 grams per pack, 45 packs per box; 180 grams per pack, 40 packs per box.

  1. Add a small amount of oil and place the meat, vegetable and other ingredients for stir-fry. 
  2. After adding the noodle, ad 1/3 glass of water on the noodle (approximately 60~70cc) to stir the noodle loose and stir-fry. 
  3. Add the liquid sauce enclosed, mix well and evenly serve on the plate.
